You are sitting on a yacht, the sun washes over the deck pleasantly and the air is clear and clean with a somewhat salty scent and taste. The calm sea, with its deep blue to turquoise shades, relaxes you and you enjoy every delicious bite of the gourmet meal that was prepared for you. Matzav HaRuach (meaning mood or wind) was founded by the Yeshuruns following their retirement from the Air Force. The couple has decided to combine their love for gastronomy with their love for the sea, on a luxurious, comfortable and professional sail yacht with high service standards. Matzav HaRuach specializes in creating special events, whether they are work related, romantic or happy family ones with up to ten participants. In a two hours sail you can experience the sea as you have never done so before, while at the end of the sail at the Ashdod Marina you will be served with a feast fit for kings.

The rich breakfasts include a variety of breads (such as rye bread with walnuts and dried fruits), fragrant pastries, homemade jams and an extra special shakshuka (a dish of poached eggs in tomatoes and other vegetables sauce) which combines ingredients such as zucchini, leek or eggplants together with a variety of dips, spreads and fresh organic salads. Fish meals, seafood dishes or Spanish style tapas are served in special sauces and are especially enjoyable when accompanied by excellent wines. You can also turn the Tamara yacht into a well-equipped B&B, which includes the wonderful sound of the waves. A well-trained professional staff will be at your service in case you would like to experience either a challenging water sport or a more relaxed one. If you are lucky, you will also be able to see the charming dolphins that swim along the coast.
