In an enchanted Jerusalemite atmosphere, on Shlomzion HaMalka Street in the heart of the city of Jerusalem, is located a mehadrin kosher chef restaurant with a superb menu. Noya restaurant is housed in an elegant old structure which is luxuriously designed. Designed lamps hang down from the ceiling and give the restaurant a romantic lighting and small comfortable tables, meticulously designed bar and painted floor give it a pleasant and inviting feel. In the second floor of the restaurant there is a brown wood floor, round wood tables and an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The famous chef Gindi has wonderfully managed to creatively combine in his dishes between the delicate French cuisine and the colorful Mediterranean cuisine. Gindi uses the best materials available with an emphasis on daily freshness.

It is recommended to start the meal at Noya with the House Foccacia which is baked in a stone oven and is accompanied by dips and antipasti and to continue with first courses such as the House Ravioli Filled with Root Vegetables, Stuffed Sardines or Tuna with Rosemary. Later on you can celebrate with a variety of flavors, with a Fish Platter for Two, Duck Breast which melts in your mouth, Lamb Kebab with Herbs and Pine Nuts on a bed of Tahini or a Stuffed Pullet with a wonderful Garlic and Honey Sauce. The meats are excellent and are prepared meticulously by the chef and his staff. The special desserts include a Premium Belgian Chocolate Soufflé served with a Velvety Vanilla Ice Cream, a refreshing Fruit Sorbet or a Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream on a bed of Date Syrup and Dates with touches of Halva and Pistachio. Noya’s staff gives each of the guests an attentive and personal treatment. After the excellent meal at Noya it is recommended to conclude with a short walk in the area. Noya is located at a walking distance from the Old City of Jerusalem.
