On the top of Mount Tsfiya which is located in the western part of Metula, is found the Dado Observation Point. The Dado Observation Point provides an eyeful of breathtaking views of the vast spaces of Mount Hermon which covers in snow in the winter, the landscape of the Galilee and the mountains and valleys of Lebanon. This romantic place (especially during sunset), was established in memory of David "Dado" Elazar, who served as the Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces during the Yom Kippur War. Those who are interested in more than quiet views are invited to listen to the recorded information that is offered here and learn a thing or two about the view. During the spring, the whole near area fills with colorful blossoms. And not less important, from here one can also receive a special view of one of the more beautiful and well-kept towns in Israel, Metula. Arrival to the Dado Observation Point through Ma’ale Dado Street.
