Hamat Gader is an ancient archeological site which serves today as a health baths and vacation resort. In this site were found the remains of elaborate baths, mainly from the Roman period, seven splendid bathing pools with magnificent mosaics decorations, a fountains hall with thirty-two fountains and an ancient synagogue, the beautiful mosaic floor of which was partially restored and is now being displayed at the Supreme Court in Jerusalem. A visit to this tropical site is a charming and peaceful experience. In this site flow today five rich in minerals hot springs and it has a natural waterfall. There is also a cool fresh water pool here, lovely green corners, a large outdoor hot water pool which massages the body and a special bubble pool. Additional attractions in this site are a huge Crocodile Farm, a small zoo, and more.
