Sapir Park Overnight Campground, which is located in the Arava, is a real oasis, providing a wonderful connection with nature, before (or after) spending time in the southern city of lights. There are lawns here, small waterfalls that pour into a pretty lake, benches, grove, rock gardens and an atmosphere of peace and quiet. Find a tree that gives good shade, lay your head down and wake up in the morning in front of the postcard like view. Please note: entering the lake’s water is prohibited. The Sapir Park Overnight Campground offers vehicle access, water taps and toilets but no showers or electricity. The Sapir Park Overnight Campground is open throughout the year and the entrance is free of charge.
Arrival at Sapir Park Overnight Campground: from the Arava road (road number 90), south of Ein Yahav, turn west according to the signs toward Sapir and the Sapir Park.
