The Karmiel Dance Festival

Over two decades now, every year in the summer, a three days and three nights Dance Festival is being held in the city of Karmiel which is in the Galilee region. The Festival is filled with about 80 non-stop performances and various events, participated by about 5,000 dancers from Israel and abroad, activities, a bazaar and more than 300,000 visitors and guests. Alongside the various types of dance performances, many public dancing events take place, open to everyone. The Dance Festival takes place on different stages all around the city of Karmiel, such as the great Amphitheater stage, the Stadium, the Sports Hall and the Performing Arts Center.
