Kfar Nahum (Capernaum) National Park is situated to the north-east of the archeological site of Kfar Nahum (Capernaum) and serves as a point from which one can leave to visit the sites and churches of the area. Kfar Nahum National Park includes a visitor’s area and a floating wharf, as well as an observation balcony, parking area and a boardwalk which connects between the sites- from Kfar Nahum to Tabgha. The Israel Nature and Parks Authority prepared this area as a continuation for the visit at the archeological site of Kfar Nahum (Capernaum). Next to the archeological site there is a harbor which allows people to reach Kfar Nahum by boat from Tiberias and Ein Gev.
