The vast "Malha Mall”, officially named "Jerusalem Mall”, is located in Jerusalem’s southern neighborhood of Malha. The Malha Mall opened in 1997 and with its more than 250 stores it is considered to be one of the largest malls in Israel. The Malha Mall spreads over tens of thousands of square meters, on three levels. Alongside the numerous stores one can also find here cinemas, food and entertainment areas and more. The opening of the Malha Mall attracted many as this was the first mall of its kind in Jerusalem.
