As suggested by its name, the Man and the Living World Museum, which is located in the green National Park of Ramat Gan, is dedicated to an array of subjects that are related to the world of nature, such as the development of the creatures that live on our planet, reptiles and dinosaurs, prehistoric man, the human body, communications, reproduction and more. These subjects are represented in permanent and changing exhibitions, displays and various activities, such as nature tours around the National Park and more. The exhibitions at the Man and the Living World Museum include various stuffed animals, skeletons, fossils, videos, pictures and holograms. The Man and the Living World Museum saves a special place for the nature of Israel and for nature preservation while dealing with the subject of Man’s way of life and its influence on the environment. It is recommended to complete this nature experience with a visit to the impressive Cactus Garden which is located near the Man and the Living World Museum and includes about 1,500 plants.
