Whoever thought about and planned this lake, in the heart of a valley next to the Galilee city of Ma'alot Tarshiha, knew exactly how to combine between the natural and the artificial. Here is a charming lake with wooden bridges which pass over its water, with a peninsula decorated with flora on one of its banks, and numerous ducks that have adopted this place as their home. And thus, sometimes it feels here like you are in an exotic place, forgetting that this is all manmade. Around this lake is a walking path which is well indicated and is great for a lovely walk (quite necessary after the drive to the North of the country), and in it paddle slowly families who rented boats. Please note that fishing and swimming is prohibited here. This place is open at all times.
